Conditions for Returns or Exchange:
Riwayat Avenue has a simple and hassle free exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website ,provided following conditions are fulfilled:
1. You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
2. The products must be returned to Riwayat Avenue within 7 (seven) days from date it is delivered to you.
3. Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy.
4. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes,hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
5. Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.

v.Products customised to your requirements are not liable for refunds .
EXCHANGE INITIATION PROCESS
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
You may return only those items purchased from Riwayat Avenue that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
• Customised Orders are non-returnable.
• Sale products are non-returnable.
• Video of damaged product (product opening video ) shall be provided on 7738921246 with Order No. , Name and Style No.
All products within India is inclusive of Shipping Charges. No extra shipping charges are charged to the customer.
• For orders delivered within India - Return Charges will be borne by the Customer.
• Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at email@example.com
• Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which is non-refundable , in case of INTERNATIONAL RETURN OF GOODS (Which will be dealt on request , not mentioned anywhere in open).
DUTIES & TAXES
• For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
• For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price.
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes.
Riwayat Avenue will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
CLAIM & RETURN
• We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse
How can I claim my return?
• We will accept returns whithin 15 days
• For returns/exchanges requests kindly place a request via mail.
Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 hours’ time.
How much time the refund takes?
• Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
• Refunds usually take 8-10 working days.
• Refund can also be provided in the form of store credit on Demand
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
• Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
*In case the goods have been shipped out , reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with REQUEST TO UPDATE ADDRESS along with Invoice & New Address details. If the request is recieved withing 2hours of transaction and confirmation is recieved from our end , we shall update the given New address.
In case of time lapse , we shall revert back with Tracking details for you to track the order and reach out for the package at former mentioned address.
